Time: Courses start at 9:00am
and run until 4:00pm, unless otherwise noted in the course description.
Location: Courses are held at the Tupperville Community Hall, #201 Highway, unless otherwise noted. Parking is available at the Tupperville Schoolhouse Museum, #2663, across the road. Travelling from Halifax, take Highway 101 to Exit 21, follow signs to Tupperville, approximately 7 kilometers west. From Annapolis Royal, take Route. 8 to Hwy 201, approximately 12 kilometers (8 miles). Supplies: Unless stated, materials are included in the course fee. A letter regarding supplies and other relevant information will be sent to you as soon as the minimum registration has been reached in your chosen course. Supply fees, if specified, for your projects will be collected at the beginning of the course. Refunds: Refunds will be issued less a $15 administration fee if requested five working days prior to the start of class. No refunds will be issued after that time unless the course has a waiting list and the place can be filled. Full refunds are given if the Tupperville Project has to cancel a course. All courses have a minimum enrollment requirement. Lunches and refreshment breaks: Course fees include box lunches and snack breaks. Please specify any special dietary requirements when registering. Accommodation: Let us know if you would like assistance with reservations for a place to stay. Motel, Bed and Breakfasts, and elegant country inns are all available within a short drive from the School House and the Hall. The Turning Point, a bed-and-breakfast in the Village offers a modest accommodation package to workshop participants. The Turning Point can be reached directly at 665-4513 after May 15. |
