Policies

• Check In:    The cottage is booked from Saturday to Saturday. You will be greeted and given a key. Check in is 4.00 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. 30 days prior to your stay we will send you an information package with directions.

• Deposit:    A $500 deposit will be required to reserve your stay and must be received within 7 days of booking.
• 
  
• Payment:    The balance of your rental fee is due 30 days prior to your stay. We will send you a reminder. Payment should be made by cheque or money order. For our American visitors please note US Postal Money orders cannot be cashed in Canada. We do not accept Credit Cards at this time.
• 
  
• Cancellation Policy:     If for some reason you must cancel your reservation we would appreciate as much notice as possible. Unfortunately,as the rental season is short, deposits are non refundable.

• Smoking/Pet Policy:    The cottage is smoke free and although we are animal lovers we prefer no pets.
• 
  
• Directions:    From Charlottetown take Hwy 2 East. Once you have driven by signs for Lakeside and Crowbush keep your eyes open for Bristol. St. Peter's Harbour Road is just after Bristol on the left hand side. Take it and follow the road to the end. At one point the road appears to split, keep left. The paved road ends shortly after you drive by a large farm. Continue on the red clay road, this is Harbour Road (by now you'll see the Cottage, the only one on the right). Go almost to the end, turn right just before the dunes onto Cranberry Road. Turn right again onto Dunes View. Clink on maps below for "Aerial View" and Area Maps"
